Baltimore Country Police Fatally Shoot a Black Woman and Injure Her 5-Year-Old Child.

23-years-old Korryn Gaines has been shot by Baltimore County police on Monday. Her 5-year-old son was shot in a limb and taken to the hospital. The boy is expected to survive.

Three officers went to Gaines’ apartment in Randallstown at approximately 9:20AM to serve arrest on her and a man for traffic violations.

All the videos Gaines shot before she was shot and all her media are being deleted!

Can anyone tell me since when a 5-year-old child is a threat?!

    #KorrynGaines   #SayHerName    #BlackLivesMatter

    #StopPoliceBrutality   #StayWoke

    image

Yes, #StayWoke so in order to staywoke lets discuss a few things. When you are in contempt of court, even if its something as simple or silly as traffic violations the police WILL come for you. It is their job, if you don’t go to court they have to then take you to court, and it not only looks bad on you and your original charges but if memory serves causes you to be considered a flight risk and to serve additional time in jail for being in contempt of court (not 100% sure, someone can look that one up). At this point it probably seems like it’d have been a good idea to pay the fine or spend a couple of nights in jail, right? Apparently

    image

Next: if when the police come for you, you slam the door on them and barricade your self and others in, it doesn’t somehow magically negate that they still have to arrest you and bring you in for contempt of court. In fact, it automatically adds a resisting arrest charge, and likely a kidnapping charge since she was using her 5 year old child as a hostage. Fun point of fact as a hostage taker you can actually receive a life sentence, or even the death sentence if the hostage dies. Taking hostages is also considered within the United States to be an act of terrorism, so they wouldn’t even have at that point have even had to have put her in a normal prison. They could have literally Gitmoed her. Sounds like an even better idea to pay the fine or spend a couple of nights in jail, right? Apparently

    image

So rather then kick down the door immediately and kill her in cold blood for a parking ticket, they negotiated and gave her EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO SURRENDER. Then at some point she opened fire on police, trying to kill them, which was

    image

adding at least an attempted murder charge to her ever growing list of possible charges, and escalating the scenario significantly. Paying the initial fine or couple of nights in jail sounds fantastic doesn’t it? At this point

    image

So now as a point of public safety the police now need to end this hostage situation. If they were not worried for the life of her 5 year old child before they must now worry for his safety as well. So police breached and ended up killing the young lady in question, who was using her son, that’s right her 5 year old son, as a HUMAN SHIELD,

    image

leading to his injury. At this point it probably seems like it’d have been a good idea to pay the fine or spend a couple of nights in jail, right?

    image

I am not at all disappointed at the police, they worked through their SOP’s diligently, and then eliminated an active shooter when she became violent. That a non-combatant was injured is tragic, but even there I am not disappointed in the police. Police do not receive as much if any combat training as, idk, lets say an Infantryman in the US Military, and even among the professionals statistics and my own practical experience tells us that 2 out of 10 shots will miss the target or be significantly off. That the police only winged the kid, given their likely training is impressive. That HIS MOTHER used him as a HUMAN SHIELD should be the emphasized portion of this incident.

    image

By this point many of you may be upset but I am hoping that you realize, that while their are issues, this was not one of them.

    image

So lets look at the impressive list of things that this lady, the newest martyr for the BLM, racked up: Traffic violations numerous enough or dangerous enough to involve a court appearance, contempt of court, resisting arrest, kidnapping/hostage taking, attempted murder, public endangerment, child endangerment, criminal child neglect, child abuse (she made her son fear for his life instead of cooperating), and bad parenting. At this point it probably seems like it’d have been a good idea to pay the fine or spend a couple of nights in jail, right?   Apparently

    image

She even live streamed and posted multiple video’s of the incident, many if not all by this point have been taken down… StayWoke, but don’t let the color of her, or anyone’s, skin make or let you or anyone else StayIgnorant. I hope this has been an entertaining and informative bit of your day. As for the BLM in general,

    image

Adding to all this, her traffic ticket wasn’t just a traffic ticket. She is a wannabe sovereign citizen (or at least spouted their lingo) and wouldn’t exit the vehicle when the tow truck came to take the car (as she had no plates and couldnt legally drive it.) She had to be dragged out of the car (after her infant was taken because she used it as a shield too). Before she was taken out she told the kid that the police wanted to kill him and that he had to fight too. https://youtu.be/Zriy1N2hLxM So yeah, mom of the year 2016.
